About The Event
In response to the cancellation of Holiday markets due to COVID-19, a group of artists and makers from
Veneta have banded together to work on a common solution. They've creating a Holiday marketplace in the
iconic renovated church in the heart of Veneta's downtown, and they're calling it the Emporium. The Emporium
runs 35 days. Dates from November 6th to December 24th, Wednesdays 5-8pm and Thursday-Sunday 12-
6pm. Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony November 6th at 1pm.
The Emporium will feature special events throughout the market to include “Meet the Maker”, “Visiting Artist
Demonstration”, “Weekend Fresh" Foods from area farmers, cheesemakers and more”, “Winter Wonderland
Evening” and “Letters to Santa Mailbox”, an interactive live community art project and more.
More than twenty-five local-area artisan crafters bring their finest handmade items for your holiday giving
consideration. Grab fresh produce and meats from our local farmers and ranchers on the weekends as well as
specialty bottles of wine, and spirits from local wineries and distillery’s.
Bring your friends and family for an old-fashioned Holiday atmosphere, complete with food, gifts, music and
fun. This is the only inside Holiday Market this year. All COVID-19 state mandates will be in place.
