n Yachats: July 1-3 is the Let it Shine Yachats Arts Guild Arts Festival taking place at the Yachats Commons from 9am-4pm; The Yachats Lions Club will hold their annual 4th of July pancake breakfast on Tuesday starting at 7:30am; The annual LaDeDah parade will get underway at noon; The Yachats Duck Race will be held at the Yachats river bay at 4pm. Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10 and benefit local youth programs with prizes donated by local merchants; Fireworks will start over the mouth of the Yachats River starting at dusk.
In Waldport: Fireworks in Waldport scheduled for dusk on July 3rd, 2023 fired from the spit across the bay.
Newport: The Lincoln County fair runs today July 2rd starting at 10am admission is free. The Newport Symphony Orchestra will hold a free community concert at the Newport Middle School on Tuesday July 4th from 4-6pm. Fireworks will begin at dusk around 10pm over Yaquina Bay. Please note that the Port of Newport property will be closed to the public.
Lincoln City: Live music will be at the Taft area of Lincoln City beginning at noon. At noon there will be a boat parade around Devils Lake. There will be 4th of July parking and shuttle service available to the area. There will be a fireworks display over Siletz Bay at dusk.
Please remember that personal fireworks are not allowed in Newport or Lincoln City and they are not allowed on any beaches. Have a safe and fun 4th of July Holiday.
