With 99 percent of the votes counted the Lincoln County special election results show Susan Wahlke as Lincoln City Mayor. Mike Rawles is leading for Lincoln County School Board zone 3, Newport area. Peter Vince has won zone 4, East area. Senitila McKinley has won zone 5 south county. Measure 21-199 North Lincoln Fire local option levey failed. Measure 21-200 – Kernville-Gleneden Beach-Lincoln Beach Water District - Renewal of Current Local Option Tax For Capital Projects has passed. Measure 21-201 passed – East Lincoln County Fire & Rescue District - Authorizes General Obligation Bond to Improve Service Delivery failed. Measure 21-202 – Seal Rock Rural Fire Protection District - Five-Year Local Option Levy to Replace Current Staffing Levy failed. Lincoln County had a 29.66% voter turnout. For full results go to
