On the evening of July 15, 2019, the Oregon State Police made contact with a driver after observing a Toyota 4-Runner pull into the Ona Beach State Park. Upon contact with the driver, identified as 26-year old Cody Green of Eugene several signs of impairment were observed. Green participated in standardized field sobriety and performed poorly. He was placed in custody for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample revealing a blood alcohol content of 0.19%. Green was charged with DUII Alcohol and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail.
