Yaquina Fiber Arts Guild meeting at Newport Public Library on Tuesday, November 3.

Newport Public Library is pleased to host the Yaquina Fiber Arts Guild for monthly meetings starting on Tuesday, November 3rd from 11:00 AM to 3:00PM. Originally meeting in Toledo, the Guild wants to expand their meeting sites and Newport Public Library is pleased to partner with the group and provide an additional location.

The Yaquina Fiber Arts Guild welcomes all fiber enthusiasts: knit, crochet, spin, felt, weave, paper mache, sewing, rug hooking, cross stitch etc. Gather with those who love fibers, learn new skills, gain inspiration, get help with projects and be a part of the comradery of a community of fiber fans. All are welcome – from beginners who want to learn about the world of fiber to long-time artists who want to share their expertise and meet like-minded crafters. Refreshments will be served for this…
