The Benton County Sheriff's Office released details regarding a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and a semi truck on Hwy 20 near Burnt Woods. On Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at about 6:15 pm, deputies were dispatched to Highway 20 near milepost 36 for a fatal crash. Benton County Sheriff's deputies arrived on scene and determined that a motorcycle rider, who has now been identified as 48-year old Adam W. Frazier of Eddyville was traveling westbound and, for unknown reasons, crashed his 2015 Ducati motorcycle into the driver side tires of a 2016 Kenworth Semi-truck, which was traveling eastbound. The crash occurred in the center of the eastbound lane of Highway 20. Frazier was pronounced deceased at the scene.
