Chinook Winds Casino Resort is proud to celebrate another remarkable
milestone as Priscilla Sweitz becomes the second employee to reach 30 years of service with the company. Starting in September of 1995, Priscilla has been one of the few to see Chinook Winds evolve from start to current. When Priscilla started at Chinook Winds, it was her first major occupation as a young professional. Over the past three decades, she has grown alongside the company, advancing her career as a Slot Systems Coordinator, and becoming a seasoned professional whose dedication has helped shaped the resort’s success.
From the earliest days to the thriving resort it is today, Chinook Winds has created an
environment where people not only want to work but want to stay and grow. Priscilla stated, “I enjoy my job, and I have a lot of great friends and family as coworkers, so it has been easy to be here for 30 years. As a tribal member working here, I am proud of the way CWCR takes care of their employees and all the benefits they offer.” “Priscilla is the first tribal member to reach the 30-year milestone at Chinook Winds” said Chad
McCormick, Director of Operations. “Over the past 30 years, Priscilla has been the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring that our systems run smoothly, while always making herself available to help other team members who have questions. Her extensive knowledge, expertise, and ability to solve problems has been invaluable to the slot department. Throughout her 30-year career Priscilla has helped to shape how our department runs, and our operation is stronger because of her.”
As the second team member to reach this milestone, Priscilla’s story reflects the full 30-year
history of Chinook Winds Casino Resort, showing how the company has grown and remained successful through the dedication of employees who have been here since the very beginning. Chinook Winds General Manager Samantha McDonald states, “Priscilla remains an essential part of our team. Her commitment, knowledge, and hard work have left a meaningful mark on what it means to be a Chinook Winds Team Member."
