On 4/25/21 at approximately 8:09 pm State Police Trooper Wertz was dispatched to a single vehicle rollover crash on US 20 near mile post 30 involving a black GMC Sonoma. The SUV was eastbound when, for an unknown reason, it drove off the eastbound shoulder at a shallow angle. The SUV continued until it struck two trees and overturned until it came to an uncontrolled rest on the driver side. The driver, identified as 29-year old David Torres self-extricated and declined medics. Fatigue is believed to be a contributing factor to the crash. Torres was cited for Failure to Drive within Lane.
