On 10/29/20 at approximately 3PM an eastbound white GMC attempted to turn north onto McNary Lane near milepost 4 of US Highway 20 in Toledo. The driver of a red Honda, attempted to overtake the GMC and collided with it. The white GMC then collided with an oncoming, westbound black GMC. The driver of the black GMC was transported by relatives to the hospital with unknown injuries. Driver of the white white GMC reported soreness from the crash. The driver of Honda, identified as 58-year old Warren E. Kelly of Newport drove off headed eastbound was located a short time later and was arrested for DUI. He provided a breath sample measuring a .09% blood alcohol content. Toledo PD, ODOT, Toledo Fire, and PAC West assisted at the scene. Kelly was cited and released for DUI Alcohol and Failure to Perform Duties of a driver in a crash with injury.
