State Police Trooper Kolacz responded August 22nd to hwy 20 on a report of a single car crash. Investigation showed the driver, identified as 23-year old Jorda Baty of Toledo was driving westbound and crossed over the center lane line and traveled into the opposite shoulder crashing into a tree causing the car to overturn. Baty was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and was warned for failing to drive within her lane.
