State Police Trooper Kolacz responded to the location and spoke to the male driver, identified as 61-year old Stuart Cleland who was parked at his camp site. During Trooper Kolacz's conversation Cleland reportedly admitted to driving and displayed numerous signs of impairment. He performed field sobriety tests and impairment continued to be observed. Cleland was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where a breath test showed he had a 0.13% blood alcohol content.
