On Saturday, April 4, 2026, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single‑vehicle crash on East Logsden Road in Siletz. The caller reported that a pickup truck had left the roadway and collided with a barn on an adjacent property. Deputies arrived on scene alongside Siletz Valley Fire personnel and located the driver, 47‑year‑old Adam Clark of Logsden, deceased inside the truck.
Based on the investigation, Deputies determined there was no indication of involvement by any other vehicle or individuals. Evidence at the scene also showed that the pickup did not appear to have slowed prior to leaving the roadway. Mr. Clark was confirmed to be the sole occupant of the truck.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, and community of Logsden. Incidents like this highlight the importance of strong interagency cooperation, and the office is grateful for the support of the Siletz Valley Fire District and PacWest Ambulance.
