On December 20, 2019 at approximately 7:00 am the Toledo Police Department, with the assistance of the Newport Police Department, Lincoln City Police Department and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office served a narcotics search warrant at 5324 Logsden Road, Siletz, as the result of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine by Frances Ann Lanegan.
While executing the search warrant officers located approximately 102 grams of methamphetamine, packaging material, scales, and a firearm in the residence.
Lanegan was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Felon in Possession of a Firearm with a total bail of $300,000.
Lanegan was previously arrested in September of 2019 after being found in possession of over 75 grams of methamphetamine. Lanegan was released on bail in this case and is currently pre-trial.
