
OSU Extension Service offers Tuna Canning Workshops, Friday August 2nd AND Friday, August 16th beginning at 9:00 a.m. Both workshops include an 11:00 a.m. Shop at the Dock Tour while the tuna is processing in the canner. Please call OSU Extension Service for more information, or to pre-register at 541-574-6534. Cost for class is $20/person. Participants will receive a jar of tuna to take home.
