On Friday November 13th State Police Trooper Lamb was dispatched to a single vehicle, non blocking, non injury crash on Hwy 18 near milepost 8. The reporting party stated the driver of the silver sedan involved in the crash appeared impaired and became combative. Upon contacting the driver, identified as 23-year old Charli R. Haft of Otis she displayed multiple signs of impairment, was unable to perform the Safety Field Sobriety Test's and was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving, and Harassment. Haft was transported to the Lincoln City Police Department where her Blood Alcohol Content was measured at .20%, over twice the legal limit.
