Toledo Man Arrested For Encouraging Child Sex Abuse

On May 23rd, 2025 the Toledo Police Department served a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of N Main Street in Toledo. The search warrant was a result of the investigation into the possession and sharing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The investigation began after the Toledo Police Department received a Cybertip from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) taskforce.
The suspect, David Javier Krueger, was arrested after being located during a traffic stop. Krueger’s vehicle and residence were searched in connection with the search warrant. Digital evidence was seized from the vehicle and residence. Krueger was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for;
