Oregon State Parks welcomed an estimated 51.46 million day-use visits* in 2025, a slight decrease from the record-breaking 53.85 million visits recorded in 2024, but visitation remains historically strong and widespread across the state. No fishing/shellfish licenses or tags, endorsements or validations are required on these days. Both Oregon residents and nonresidents can fish for free. Woman Assaults Officers When They Try To Remove Her From Walking In The Road Disrupting Traffic
On February 6, 2026, at approximately 7:45 a.m., officers with the Toledo Police Department responded to multiple reports of a female walking in and out of traffic along Business Highway 20 near Northwest Dundon Road, creating a significant safety hazard for herself and motorists.
